Meet David MacPhee

David is the head of our evaluation team. He is a professor of Human Development and Family Studies at Colorado State University. He has been part of the evaluation team for DARE to be You since 1990 and the head evaluator of DTBY including CTW, since 1993. David is the author of many widely used instruments, consults on national evaluation teams and review boards. His daughter is now in college so he and his wife enjoy traveling, hiking and bicycling. He has a great sense of humor.
